For support and inside-sales teams

A copilot for calls you run from a script

Your call script stays the source of truth. While the rep talks, the copilot shows the next likely step and its cues. After the call, it shows where the conversation left the script.

An 88-second role-play of a support call, with sound and captions. The caller is fictional.

How it works

  1. Write the script as text

One line per step, with the answers that branch indented under each question. It's the same plain text our published guides use.

  2. Talk

Run the call as you do now. The copilot listens through the browser and keeps its place in the script.

  3. Follow the cues

Up to three cards show the steps the call is most likely at, with their notes. After the call, you see where it left the script.

The copilot isn't public yet, but you can click through a call script today: a refund request call for support, or BANT lead qualification for sales.

What the preview is, and isn't

It's an early preview, tested on role-play calls by our own team. It runs in a browser tab and listens through the microphone. It doesn't connect to phone systems or dialers yet. We're looking for a few support and sales teams to try it on their own scripts.
