Questions
What counts as a published guide?
A document you publish as a click-through page with its own link. Publishing a new version of the same document doesn't count again. On Free, to publish a different document, delete the one already published or move to Pro.
Who can walk through my guides?
Anyone with the link, on every plan. People who follow a guide don't need an account.
What does seeing where people stop show?
For each step of each version of a guide, how many walks reached it and how many ended there. You see totals, not single walks.
Can more than one person edit a workspace?
On Team, yes. The owner invites up to 4 other editors from Account settings, and everyone edits the same documents.
How do I manage or cancel a plan?
In the editor, open Account settings from your account menu and choose Manage billing. Stripe's billing page shows your card and invoices, and you can cancel there at any time. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe takes the payment as the merchant of record, and handles tax and invoices.
